Every dress is made with careful attention to detail to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our returns policy below.​

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

​

Standard Dresses: For non-custom, standard-sized dresses, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. The dress must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Refunds: If you wish to return a standard dress, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment once the dress has been inspected and approved for return.

Exchanges: You may exchange a standard dress for a different size or style, subject to availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-Made Dresses: Dresses that have been custom-made or altered to your specific measurements or design requests are final sale.

Sale Items: Dresses purchased at a discount or during a sale event.

Accessories: Veils, belts, jewelry, shoes, and other bridal accessories.

Special Orders: Items ordered specifically at your request.

CANCELLATIONS
 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This applies to both standard and custom orders.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
​

We thoroughly inspect each dress and accessory before it leaves our boutique. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item:

Inspection: Please inspect your dress or accessory upon receipt. If you notice any defects or damages, contact us immediately.

Reporting Issues: Any defects or damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at hola@neufeldnovias.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

Resolution: If the item is found to be defective or damaged due to our error, we will work with you to repair the item or provide a suitable replacement.

ALTERATIONS​

​

In-Boutique Alterations: We offer professional alteration services to ensure your dress fits perfectly. Please note that all alteration services are non-refundable.

Outside Alterations: If you choose to have your dress altered by an outside seamstress, Neufeld Novias is not responsible for any issues that may arise during or after the alteration process.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom-Made Dresses: Custom-made dresses are crafted specifically to your measurements and design preferences. These dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Approval Process: You will be asked to sign a contract that specifies the process, time of pick up  and other details concerning your dress to  approve the design and measurements before production begins.

Once approved, no changes can be made, and the dress cannot be returned or exchanged.

However at your wish we can update you about the progress of the dress for you to enjoy the making as well and how your dress becomes a reality.
