HOW IT STARTED
HI, I'm Raquel, from Boquete, Panamá! In 2017 I moved to Turkiye, and not long after that I met my now husband Zach. Living there until meeting Zac, I had walked along streets filled with wedding dress boutiques. Now it was my opportunity to experience it, finding my dream wedding dress from among the hundreds of options.
But I wasn't ready for the experience. I walked into the first store - I had seen a dress I liked in the window. The world outside faded; the space was alive with a quiet elegance and I knew, I've been dreaming of this day my whole life and I wasn't disappointed at all.
The attention I received made me feel like a princess—the tea served while I waited, the quality of the Turkish dresses—this wasn’t just a boutique; it was a place where dreams were brought to life, where the search for a dress became a deeply memorable experience.
All of it made me wish that all my friends back home could experience the same. The same treatment, the same opportunity, but without having to go so far.
And so Neufeld Novias began.
OUR BOUTIQUE
.On the first anniversary of our wedding, we brought our first dresses to Panama from Turkey, and shortly after our second anniversary in 2023 we opened our flagship store, our bridal boutique in Boquete, Panamá.
If you visit us, you might still find some of those first dresses before we started to bring in our own designs.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our design philosophy aligns with our mission of creating a community of brides who feel celebrated and confident. We believe that ethically sourcing fine materials and craftsmanship is the foundation of every beautiful wedding dress. By designing and tailoring each dress with attention to detail, we honour the artistry and dedication of our team. This allows us to offer wedding dresses that are not only exquisite but also accessible, serving as a bridge for brides to discover and cherish the elegance of our unique bridal experience.
OUR DRESS-MAKING PRACTICES
At our Neufeld Novias, every wedding dress embodies our commitment to ethical manufacturing and exquisite craftsmanship. Since 2024 we decided to work our own designs, fortunately we found very talented people that work with us in the making.
Designed in-house by us, each gown is crafted with care, using bases from an ethical local manufacturer and finished with meticulous hand-sewn details. We also create custom dresses from scratch, using premium materials sourced from Türkiye. Our dresses are hand-made to ensure exceptional quality, with sample dresses serving as examples of the final product. This approach ensures that each bride receives a gown that reflects both our dedication to ethical practices and our passion for artisanal excellence.
